Reservations
We accept a credit card to hold your room

Payments are due upon arrival. You may choose how to pay for your stay at that time. Credit cards are accepted but note there will be a $5 per night additional fee. Feel free to pay with cash or check to avoid the added fee.

Please call in advance to let me know your approximate arrival time to insure that I am here to greet you, thanks.

Confirmations are sent by email.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received prior to 7 days before the reservation date will not be charged. Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to the reservation will be charged one night. The charge may be waived if the room is re- booked to another for that date.
Breakfasts
Breakfast is served on the glass enclosed, four season porch. Wendy cooks your meals daily and the menu is always changing. Choices might include eggs, waffles, fresh fruit, juice and coffee. Breakfast is served at 8am, 8:30am, 9am and 9:30am. If you have a special request, just ask.

Pets

Dogs allowed on a case by case basis. Please call to confirm. Dog fee $10 per night.

Children are allowed.

Smoking allowed outside only.

Our goal is to provide a wonderful experience in the desirable location of Annapolis, MD.
